The scope of this project included:

Replacement of the existing chillers with new high efficiency adjustable speed chillers in response to the need for CFC refrigerant phase-out.
Optimization and upgrade of existing hydronic economizer.
Conversion of the existing chilled water pumping to variable speed pumping/primary/secondary pumping.
Addition of variable frequency drive (VFD) to cooling tower fans.
Implement condenser water temperature reset.
Modify existing building air handler economizer cycles and deck temperature reset.

LSW provided SPC documentation and follow-up monitoring to support the $108,000 incentive from the local utility.

Previously, LSW Engineers provided all M/P/E and fire protection design for the $3,000,000 renovation and remodel to the first, second and third floors (114,000-SF) to allow for courtrooms, judges chambers, clerks offices, lounges, holding rooms, probation offices, and media facilities.
