In addition to the 200,000 SF hotel located on 20-acres, LSW designed M/P/E systems to add 183 guestrooms and suites. On-site facilities include several restaurants and lounges, a tennis club with a pro shop, a swimming pool and spa surrounded by landscaped terraces, a health club, and full banquet conference facilities. Located south of the main hotel are the 29 luxury (townhouse) villas, which were custom-designed with private patios and spaces, fireplaces, a separate pool and recreation area.
