The First Floor houses the main hospital entrance and registration services, lobby, waiting areas, gift shop, etc. The Second Floor houses outpatient surgeries and related service departments. There are provisions to possibly add three more floors. A series of tunnels and a bridge connects the new building to the existing hospital.
