M/P/E designs were provided for 13 visual and performing arts studios and an art gallery with conference and support areas. This facility contains a 1,600-seat Lyric Theater, a 550-seat Repertory Theater, a 100-seat Signature Theater and a 199-seat Playhouse Theater. In addition, LSW designed the new District Central Cooling Plant (three 900-ton units and provisions for two future 900-ton units). This project also includes technical support, public spaces, administration, commercial support, community spaces, and outdoor spaces.
