LSW was responsible for a Facility Feasibility Study and Program Document identifying the facility needs for Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall. These documents defined the basic function/special needs, projected construction cost, design standards and other pertinent technical criteria and guidelines to be considered throughout the design process.

The project also included identification and evaluation of new "housing units impact" to the existing facilities programs and operations. Identified impacts required provision of recommendations/programs and an associated budgetary cost estimate for the impacted electrical and mechanical systems.

We also reviewed a Needs and Facility Assessment Report for the Los Padrinos Juvenile Hall and incorporated all of the items included in our feasibility study. Independent validation of the cost estimate for the items was included.
